Sr. Technical Consultant – ServiceNow
I provide guidance and technical expertise for our global customers implementing our world class IT Service Management Software. Together we create innovative and effective solutions that align with their IT processes. I started with ServiceNow in June 2010 as part of the Discovery team and have since broadened my experience with the core tools team on Fortune 500 companies.
Career History
Prior to working at Service-now.com, I spent over 22 years with Plexus Corp, a contract electronics manufacturing firm headquartered in Neenah, WI. I had many wonderful years a Software Developer, Systems Administrator, IT Project Manager, and IT Manager. My latest role was the Global IT Service Desk Manager.
I have also been an adjunct instructor for Fox Valley Technical College where I taught adult students the C Programming Language (1990-1992).
